• Connect machines with hcom — Put a private network under your machines, run one MQTT broker, join each machine to an encrypted agent bus, and drive every machine's amux from one hub.
• Run agents on one machine — Install amux, start coding-agent sessions in isolated git worktrees, watch them from a browser dashboard, and drive them with two small scripts: amux-run and amux-attach.
• Set up amux on Linux — From a fresh Linux machine to running coding-agent sessions: install Claude Code, install amux and the amux-nui-public commands, sign in, and check the machine is actually ready.
• Your first CLAUDE.md — A short starter CLAUDE.md you can copy into your first project, exactly where the file goes on macOS, Linux, Windows, and FreeBSD, and how to decide what earns a line in it.
